Read this before buying!
So, I feel conflicted. I ordered these because they looked like they would stay on my 8 month-old and have a solid, grippy bottom. He needs shoes that fulfill both of those for daycare, as he is pulling himself to stand and trying to walk. He’s tall for his age and growing fast, so I wasn’t looking to spend $60 on a brand-name pair of shoes he’ll only fit in for a month. His foot measures just over 4.5” when I put him standing flat on a piece of paper, and it seems like the 6-12 month fits great. The velcro on the sides keep the shoes on his feet, but still feel like he has plenty of wiggle room for his toes. And I like that the rubber comes all the way up over the toe, it will serve well for balance and protection of his toes while he’s crawling. These shoes had good ratings, looked like they were decent quality, and weren’t breaking the bank, so I thought I’d give them a try. After ordering them, I decided to research the company, because at first glance, it looked legitimate company, and not just a cluster of letters like I’m seeing more and more often on Amazon. And I’ve often found if I like one product from a company, their other products are at least worth giving a look.By no means am I a brand snob, I am all for getting the job done at the most reasonable price point possible. But after scouring the internet for over an hour (I know, ridiculous for a pair of infant shoes) I could find NOTHING about this company online. I don’t even know how that’s possible in this day in age.Based on this, my assumption is that “Peggy Piggy” is another China-based company peddling a copy of someone else’s goods. That’s not necessarily a bad thing , if they’re making a product reachable for a wider consumer base, but the fact that I could find zero information on them whatsoever just felt dishonest. Maybe it was that they had clearly gone to the trouble of branding and logo use that you don’t usually see with the knock-off-selling companies currently populating Amazon, but it threw me off that I wasn’t getting a product I could look up information and reviews for, outside of the Amazon bubble. If you’re someone who wants to know specifics about from whom and what exactly you’re buying - be aware.$20 isn’t necessarily a lot, it’s about $10-15 cheaper than similar shoes from companies with legitimate websites and information, and I wouldn’t say the quality isn’t worth it. But again, it’s the feeling of dishonesty: knowing ahead of time, would I have paid $20 for shoes from a company that doesn’t seem to exist, or just gone ahead and spent the extra $10 and know what I’m paying for?All of that being said, they do seem to be of very decent quality, there was no weird chemical smells, my son wore them to daycare and they were still on his feet when I picked him up. There were no marks or blisters from rubbing wrong, so the sizing seems correct.I wouldn’t blanket statement say that I wouldn’t order another pair of their shoes, we’ll see how long these last. I do want to emphasize that nothing about the shoes themselves has made me unhappy so far, and they will likely serve their intended purpose very well. But I do want other prospective buyers to be aware of what they’re getting. And maybe if the seller reads this, and they care about their customers’ concerns for product transparency, they’ll work on making that information discoverable to the public.

Way too big
My daughter has small feet for her age at 14 months old. I bought the 6 month size after reading the reviews about these running large. She won’t fit into the 6 month size for probably another 6 months. If your child is around 12-14 months with average size feet *maybe* the 6 month size will fit them and not be too large.

Way to big, not for an 18 month old
Cute shoes, but definitely not the right size. I ordered 3 different pairs. From 3 different companies. These are not 18 months. More like a size 3- 4. They will probably fit for over a year.

Smelled like spray paint
These were super cute and seemed like decent quality for the price, but as soon as I opened the box, the smell of spray paint (or some chemical) was so strong. Not sure why they smell like that, but I definitely don't feel comfortable putting them on my 1 year old, so they are being returned.

Read the reviews - these run big.
I read reviews on these shoes before I ordered and I'm so glad I did. I ordered based on the size chart/reviews and purchased size 6 months for my daughter who is almost 15 months old. Her foot is on the smaller side and these fit like a toddler size 3. They definitely run big and she still has a little bit of wiggle room. The shoes are super cute and she seems to love them. Easy to put on and take off. Would definitely consider buying another pair/pattern when she outgrows these. I usually put them on with socks but she was playing around and wanted me to put them on her when I took the attached picture.

POORLY made - DO NOT BUY.
Very HARD shoe, not the soft sock appearance they show on the picture. The red color fades onto the white sole. The box was damaged that they come in.The thread was becoming unraveled on the shoe. And oddly enough, I can't post pictures of the poorly made shoes. Likely because they don't want me to post how bad they look...

Easy to get on. Flexible sole.
The title says it all! These were perfect for us at the price point. They’re not too heavy and he doesn’t seem to mind having them on his feet. He can get them off, but I have yet to meet a shoe that’s comfortable for a walker that a determined child can’t get off. 😀Size was as expected.

Just what we need
Good value for the price. I got the 6 month size for my 13 month old (whose foot is about 4.5") based on other reviews saying they run big. It fits just right but I think might be a bit tight with socks on. They grow so fast so it's not a big deal now, but I might have to look at another pair soon. It works for now though! Also the white-grey color has pink undertones which I think is cute, but others may not.
