Joint aches and pains, let’s spray them away
I’m loving this product. If you are having joint aches and pain this is your baby. I honestly first thought that magnesium was just a hype within my medical rim. I truly never gave it a try before. Now after this product I regret I didn’t earlier. The only wish I have is I wish it wasn’t as sticky feeling after you spray it on, but due to the removal of my knee pain after putting it on I can endure the sticky feeling. It takes about 4 to 5 minutes in order for you to tell the difference but once it gets to the muscles and joints you will be glad you did it. I normally spray about 3 times and rub it in, per the instructions you can build up to 10-20 spray per day.

Did not help with pain
Not sure if this works. It makes me very itchy when I use it and is not really helping with the pain management piece. I have tried other magnesium products that were really great at helping me relax for sleep but they are more expensive. Not sure if I will buy this again.

Excellent choice for bursitis
I had pes anserine bursitis and one spritz of this cleared it up! It had been bugging me for years and nothing else I tried worked including multiple sessions of expensive high intensity laser, stem cell injections, stretching or physical therapy. I’m impressed actually!
