I don't know about any of the other claims they have made, but better sleep is legit. I have tried magnesium in various forms for it's supposed sleep benefit(glycinate, taurate, maleate, threonate, citrate), but none of them have delivered. I went from sometimes taking upwards of an hour to fall asleep, to out within 10 minutes. It's that kind of sleep that I used to have when I was a kid - close your eyes, and suddenly it's morning. I can only speculate that the specific form of magnesium/zinc, along with the B6, is exactly what my body needs.

We have used these for a very long time, but have swayed away from them doing strictly magnesium seems to be our thing and it works well for us

zma gives me a great sleep and some very pleasant dreams as well.

Didn't notice any sleeping effects and was kind of bummed still taking it just to finish it. Found a other brand that works much better. Oh well!
