The product is exactly as described. However I didn't pay attention to the size in description. It is really small. Not the normal size of the Elmo dolls we would buy at our local Walmart. Smaller than expected but great item

My 11 month old grandson loves Elmo and my daughter did too so I started looking for Tickle me Elmo for my grandson. Since when I saw the smaller version I thought it would be perfect and I got Cookie Monster too. They are perfect. He can hold them. They are soft. The sound quality is not as good as the big one but he loves them. When he’s older I’ll get the larger one. Great soft gift fot a little one !!

These are so cute! Perfect size!

Perfect size for my 1 year old. Only issue was the very low sound.

This very small tickle me Cookie Monster is like half the size of a tickle me Elmo. It does not stand on its own. It doesn’t sound much like Cookie Monster at all. It arrived in a brown paper bag not unlike a sack lunch at school in grade school. So not even well protected From shipping damages. Luckily it wasn’t damaged as far as we can tell. It is somewhat fun for the baby, but was very underwhelming in presentation, ie arrived in a lunch bag, in size ie very very small, in ability, cookies Monster lays around if you aren’t folding it directly it can’t stand up at all, sound quality is not good, Vice Ca l actor failed at even sounding like Cookie Monster, and in overall product for your buck.I should have bought tickle me Elmo he’s more engaging, sounds like the character he represents, and Can stand, and is a decent size. Not impressed with this Cookie Monster. Really sad he’s a family favorite in the books and in the show.

Kids love it. Good quality.

Cheaply made , too small, did not sound like Cookie Monster… very disappointed.
