No, none of the feet have a cutting edge.

Great question. There were no instructions with the package, they do have pictures of the pieces with the name of the foot. Some are challenging to identify

Had no problem with any of the feet. Very pleased with whole set.i have been sewing about 65 years now. I had no needles break , it sewed beautifully. I have a singer and a brothers.
