Absolutely Brilliant Solution
The wife and I both ordered these for a two week trip to Japan. We averaged 17,000 steps per day with no foot issues whatsoever. I have custom orthotics I don't like as much as these. The custom orthotics actually raise my heel and sometimes will not fit correctly, or at all if the insoles of the shoe are not removable. These provided both of us with the perfect arch support and fit in every shoe we took on our vacation. One thing to note though, if the shoe already has some arch support, these may be too much. These have absolutely solved the problem of having to pass on great looking shoes with zero arch support and non-removable insoles. I previously had to pass on those mostly, but now we both just drop these in and go. Will be buying more.Neither of os used the glue dots which came with them and have had zero issues with them moving around. Just make sure to get them into position properly at wearing and they stay put.

Excellent design, supportive, and you can wear them with all your shoes.
I was surprised by this weird shaped insoles, but I was curious, I gave them a try, and I am delighted.I have a slight fasciitis (and pronation), and insole help me. I don't want orthopedic shoes, nor oversize, and prefer small (3/4) insoles that I can wear with casual or dress shoes. They to the job, ans quite well. As they are strangely shaped, they dont fill up your shoes.PRO ; I love their size and shape, eventough small, they support well the arch, and are very comfortable. They are not bulky like all other 3/4 supportive insoles I have or had, so I can wear all my shoes without having my toes squeezed. So they are very confortable. I did not use the small glue tips, as I change shoes every day, often many times a day. I will sure order some more.CON : As told, I didn't use the glue (If so I would need 20 insoles pairs...). So they move a little when you put on your shoes or boots, and I may have to reposition them, but when on, they stay in place, so this is a minor annoyance. The glue could help, or not (this is a very small dot).I am very happy with these insoles, these are the best I ever found, and I will order some more.

Solved my foot pain
These insoles are amazing. I have flat-ish feet and pronate but I’ve never been able to tolerate arch supports. They were always too high, too hard, too abrupt and I felt like I was walking around on walnuts. After a bad ankle injury I started to have pretty significant foot pain along with ankle instability. I tried kinesiology tape which helped but did not solve the issue, all sorts of gel pads and braces, wearing full therapeutic insoles in wider shoes, Voltaren and nightly icing, nothing helped. I finally tried these weirdly shaped inserts and it was nearly instant relief. They don’t bother me at all, I’m not pronating, my ankle is more stable, my foot is 95% pain free and added bonus my back and hip feels better than it has in a long time. They fit in any shoe, don’t move and don’t mash my toes. I now have several extras pairs so I’m never without. I hope they never stop making these.

I wear on opposite feet in ski boots. I'm a supinator.
I use these insoles opposite to suggested in my ski boots. Insole sits under my outside arch/outside of foot, not my inside arch. Left insole in right boot, right insole left boot.I'm a supinator, my inner arch does not collapse easily. Trained, athletic foot. I don't want or need anything under my already stiff and bouncy inside arch. Anything hard under the inside arch equals knee injury for someone with my kind of foot. These insoles worn opposite to what is suggested work alright to power the boot without overly limiting natural foot motion. They have the right amount of compression and rebound for me and don't pack out like the foam in my custom boot liners. The insoles do flatten over time and need replacing, but not over the duration of a ski day. Seem to stand up to heat and moisture. Don't get wet or cold. Enough friction on top cloth to grip and feel, but not so much it causes blisters.I trim width and thickness if necessary, but they are pretty good out of the box. The swirl heel cup is particularly excellent design. My mom also uses these insoles opposite to suggested in her running shoes to make them neutral (Saucony Peregrine or Kinvara forces supination). Trimmed the insole so it was just the heel and a bit of side part. Her hip and knee pain instantly resolved.
