We have bought this guitar, and the strap is stuck inside and we can't get it out - how do we release it?

I looked at our toy and the straps do not go in and out (tried to tuck them in several times and could not) so you may have a defect.

I've been reading all the reviews, and the general audience seems to be 1-3. Do you think a boy turning 5 would enjoy this toy or too young?

I think its possible for a 5 year old boy to enjoy the toy. My 4 year old girl loves it and she is turning 5 soon. My brother who is 39 years old was also elated that the keys were the actual notes on a guitar. His only complaint or thought was he wished it could go from major to minor chords. How funny is that?!!
