The best earplugs! The best wax earplugs especially for narrow ear canals. Each earplug can be cut in half as they are quite large. They don't completely eliminate sound, but they are enough to help you sleep in silence and hear your alarm clock in the morning. Highly recommend.

These are the best ear plugs on the market. They don't irritate the ear canals with nasty chemicals like foam plugs can, and they stay in place and block sound better than silicon plugs. The only downside is they leave a waxy residue inside the ears, but big deal, if they work, that's all I really care about. These have helped me beat a decade long bout of insomnia, along with a supplement from Life Extension called Circadian Sleep. It contains a bioflavanoid called Nobiletin that has shown in a study to help regulate the circadian cycle-unbelievable stuff.
