We ordered replacement straps for the Misfit Ray.A few days later we received a package containing straps for a Fitbit product. Someone in shipping must have picked the wrong product from the shelf. We returned the product through Amazon return services and waited until the refund showed up at our Amazon account. Return processing was very smooth.We then reordered the Misfit Ray straps again. This time, the correct straps arrived. Small hassle, but at the end everything worked out fine.

This was the easiest replacement of a band of any kind I've ever had. Good Quality and comes with everything you need in order for an easy job of replacing your old band. As you can see in the photos the old band that's torn and has some thing missing from the new band. Highly recommend and works great for my Misfit Ray.
