Seems to work effectively with no noticeable side effects.
This seems to have very positive effects. I tried to address my concerns with a "cocktail", every supplement even remotely suggested to assist male performance. So separating out which were effective, well, this is not very scientific. I slowly started removing supplements to see which made a difference. What I noticed was that the results I felt only remained with this one and one other, so I continue to use both, not wanting to give up the positive effects for more "science." Also, I have not rigorously compared to other brands. What I do notice is a slight, but noticeable, increase in libido. While I would like this to be taken as a positive review, I feel I cannot go 5 stars without being a little more energetic in testing the product, so loss of star is more my inertia than any lack in the product. I have re-ordered several times now so that is likely the best indicator, feeling no need to try other brands.

A nice alternative to caffeine
Before I go over the Pros and Cons I just want to say this product is not some magic pill that will get you through the day. It is something that is beneficial and can be an alternative to coffee for some people.Pros:It will keep you mentally alert throughout the day. But it's not caffeine. I've found myself feeling alert but still tired some days.This is much healthier than caffeine and there's no crash with it.There is a slight libido increase, which I have noticed on nights where I have more energy more than nights where I have already been exhausted. But it's definitely no fluke on certain nights.Cons:there's a liquid version of ginseng that is slightly better and is more potent.1000mg is a serving which is 2 capsules. so 90 capsules = 45 total servings.

Works for me.
This seems to be a good quality ginseng root overall. It has a slight heating or warming effect on the body and it works with you. Unlike caffeine, this supports your adrenals instead of draining them. The energy isn't instant, but it works more as a long-term vitality enhancer. That's about the best way I can describe it. Most people who take ginseng do not take enough of it honestly. You can safely take between 1/2 and 10 grams per day for an adult. The doses on the higher end though are more for short term use. As a 160 pound male, I will use about 3-4 grams a day, every day.

Waste of money.
I had to revise my review. I'm currently looking for other ginseng products as after trying to take this one off and on for months now I'm not seeing anything. I take 2 pills each morning and tried to even increase and still no change. When I first bought this product I based my review on the cost for the amount of pills and mg of ginseng you get. I've done TONS of research and for a my medical condition I don't want to waste money on something that doesn't work. Unfortunately I've been doing just that. I wonder if people believe they feel the effects of it when really there isn't any to begin with. Like a placebo. I gave this a lot of time to do the trick. I tried doing the breaks, I tried doing it for 3 months straight. Nothing has worked. Just out of money now.

It's an amazing product, I just recently ordered three more so I don't need to be without it...🤗 it's definitely an energy booster, my husband started taking it and he puts in long days and he's holding up so much better and I said what is it? He said it's Premium Asian Ginseng that I'm taking and I'm loveing it! !!!! My recommendation is very high.. ps. very satisfied!

Great experience!
This has been a great supplement. I'm a 29 year old male. I've taken two capsules in the morning right before breakfast. Cycling off now for a few days. Improves focus, energy and zest for life. Have not experienced any side effects either, which can sometimes happen when I take supplements that raise my testosterone levels. Thanks Aura Natural!

Works, but a little pricey.
Energy boosting to be sure. I take a couple in the morning along with green tea and cinnamon and I'm good to go.
