This reduction sauce is delicious. We use it on grilled steaks and vegetables, pork and chicken. It has very sweet taste. This is definitely on our Buy Again List. Wish Amazon carried the larger size bottles in a 6 pack.

The taste is better than any balsamic reduction I have had

I eat salad every day so finding a good acid to add in the dressing is important to me. I use olive oil as my base snd either toss the salad in that and drizzle the vinegar on top or whisk the stream of balsamic vinegar and oil for a more homogenized dressing. Love this vinegar. Had friends tell me they have drizzled it on fruit snd pound cake but haven't tried that yet. Great product. Remember to refrigerate after opening.
