Excellent product for babies with poop-splosion tendencies and/or watery poop (such as due to breastmilk or GI issues). This has reduced the amount of baby laundry because even if there are still blowouts (can’t always be avoided), they are far less extreme than with just the diaper by itself. That means I may only have to wash the baby’s clothes vs clothes plus the entire crib sheet, mattress protector, nursery wall, etc. If you’re still reading this, you baby probably needs these. They are especially useful when the baby is between diaper sizes because it can help you figure out if the diaper size needs to change right away or if you can get away with the smaller size plus the extender for a while.

I am so thankful for these, my baby poops mostly at night and would constantly have a blow out. I would dread hearing him poop because I knew it would be on the bed sheets and his clothes. Not fun. The first night I tried these, they saved me from TWO blow outs in one night. I love these. Get them!!!!

I bought these intending on using them to help my daughter not soil the bed at night. She sleeps on her stomach and she typically leaks through her diaper by the morning from the top. I tried these for a week trying to get them to work, but they just don't - somehow, in the morning I would find her soaked through but the inside of the extender would be totally dry. But the outside (side against her clothes) would be wet. It appears that somehow they leak where the velcro attaches to the diaper... I tried so many different things, including using two at a time! And it never worked. Try a different brand of diaper extender if you're looking to contain front, urine messes for belly sleepers.

These work fantastic for catching diaper blowouts! Lifesaver for us. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to weak Velcro over time and the cotton absorbent side is starting to pull after 1 month of use. Was hoping for better durability especially given the price.

These are amazing! They have saved me from doing so much laundry. Was going thru 3 outfit changes per day due to blowouts but now can use the same outfit all day!

These things are so worth it. I was skeptical at first but desperate to do anything to prevent daily blowouts. We opened these last night and in one night they fully prevented two separate blowouts! The sheets, the sleep suit, even the inner inside had no mess at all on them.Now I've got two of these extenders dirty already, gonna need to buy another pack.

Convenient to save an outfit, especially when out and about and you don’t want to have to change an entire outfit because of a blowout.

I purchased the diaper extenders for my granddaughter, who is 9 months old. My son said that they are a lifesaver! They have worked every time as advertised. My son texted me today for the Amazon link so he could buy another set of 4. Yay!
