Q-See QM9702B-2 High-Resolution 900TVL Weatherproof Cameras with 100-Feet Night Vision, 2 Pack (Black)

The cameras work seamlessly with my Q-See system. I needed to add cameras to my system and got this 2 pack. They are reliable, have good enough viewing range and take a beating in the elements here in south Florida to be a top choice for me. Resolution is high enough to get a good, sharp picture - both in infrared or color (i.e., nighttime or daytime) and in all viewing options, 9 or 4 pane, or single view. If your using the mobile app, you can easily zoom in for a closer look. The veiw is not terribly wide so don't expect that, and the shield or hood piece comes off easily so be careful if you grab the camera by the shield and it goes flying! So far, for the dollar, the cameras work, are reliable and hold up well. I'd buy them again in a heart beat.

One of my QSee System Cameras stopped transmitting and I needed a replacement. I couldn't find any good compatibility information so I called QSee Sales. They confirmed that this camera type is compatible with my system and also informed me that the Amazon price was cheaper than theirs. Replacement was a piece of cake and the quality of video is definitely better than the original. Now I only wish that the camera had an adjustment for field of view or a wide angle lens adapter.

One of my original 8 cameras died, so I realized that I might need more than one replacement. This is a very good price on cameras, and I got a newer version of the camera. It's a great price, but the one I installed is very slightly out of focus with no adjustment available (thus the missing star.). I haven't tried the others yet because it's not in an easily accessed location. More later.

purchased these at the same time as one that was more expensive, but supposed to have better longer night vision and better resolution. not even close. will purchase another set of these to replace my old ones that are beginning to fail. easy to install and plug into my older dvr. no compatability issues - not that i expected it. only thing is that they are made of plastic - hope it will withstand the elements and UV rays for a number of years.

I have two Q-see systems up and running. I've had nothing but problems with Q-see cameras since buying them. Most all of them fail, go black, within one year of purchase. Four QM7008B were purchased 9/24/14 and all have failed. Most recently I purchase four QM9902B cameras from Amazon 7/15/15 to use as replacement for the 7008 cameras, one of them has failed. I use the cameras at my lake home where humidity and moisture are always at high levels. I would've never guessed the failure rate would be this high, however. I requested an RMA, 8/6/15, for the four QM7008B and waited for the response. I've had doctor appointments and have been very busy doing things around two houses separated by 50 miles. I have, however, been checking my emails every day looking for the response from Q-see. I just got an email, 8/13/15 at 2:56 am, saying they were closing my RMA request because I'd not responded to their previous email, which I never received. I also received a second email from Q-See, 8/13/15 at 2:56 am, to take a survey regarding their customer service. How can I get their emails saying they were closing my RMA request and to take a survey and not get the first email responding to my RMA request??? Anyway, Q-See has repaired/replaced cameras for me before under warranty. But again most fail in one year so I'd expect that. I do get tired of boxing up cameras to send off for repair. That's why I waited for all four 7008B cameras to fail before requesting an RMA. It's about time I switch equipment to see if I get better service from some other brand of camera.

Got these to add to a Q-See CCTV head unit. Wiring was direct and straightforward. Worked right out of the box. Going on a year now, and still running like a champ. Included cables (Siamese) are a bit thin and spindly, but do the job if you install the units carefully. Quality is good, if True HD (which they don't claim to be). I would buy them again if I were working with a PVR head unit with BNC connectors.

I added these cameras to my existing system. The field of view is smaller than the originals, but they do suffice. The color and brightness is no where as good as the competitors cameras that are half the price. I will not order anymore Qsee cameras after seeing the competitions better cameras.

I purchased these cameras as replacements for older Q See cameras and they have performed flawlessly (as have all my Q See products). The are color during the day and have a long distance (up to 100 feet via infared sensors at night). I would recommend them to anyone who has a need for high def security cameras and an always pleased with the entire Q See product line.
