Works well

Using it to label electrical wires and this shrink tubing works really well. I bought three sizes, 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2". NOTE: those sizes are for the tube laying flat, NOT the diameter. To figure the diameter use this equation: D=(2*W)/Pi, where W is the dimension they give (Flat Width). Excellent product and a real time saver. Only thing to be cautious of is when inserting and removing the cartridge, be careful you don't get the ink ribbon caught up as it will ruin the cartridge. I did that but now I am very careful and have had no problem. Not the product's issue, operator error. I've used it a lot - worth every penny!

I finally decided I needed to start labeling things around the living quarters. Over time I had chargers that went to items that were mated to each other. Items need to be identified to what it went to. Cables that went to what radios and so on. I bought the label maker and I knew I would need more labels so I bought myself some with the purchase. I went through the one that came with the machine and all I had to do was to get the next one and I’m ready to go. I didn’t have to wait for the next order to come in the mail to complete the job.

I use the brand name tape for my jobs and for a good reason. However, these shrink fits have become a staple item for our toolboxes. The cost is low enough that you don't mind doing a reprint or making a longer label. I now have these in 2 colors and 2 sizes, and this has become my go-to shrink tube labels. The self-sticky labels are a different story.

If you’re not labeling your cabling with shrink wrap labels, start doing this immediately. Compared to all other forms of cable labeling, printed shrink is the easiest to apply, most resilient, cleanest, and most customizable. The only downside is expensive equipment and supplies. Aonomi just solved that second part for me. These shrink labels work identically to the Dymo counterparts and are available in the same sizes. Anyone who knows Dymo know that their labels are 10x what they should cost and they are difficult to find in stock. Case in point: these Aonomi wire labels are about half of what 1 cartridge of Dymo OEM shrink tube labels cost, and there’s 5 cartridges! I am using these labels in my Dymo 280, which itself is an excellent handheld printer priced just right. Now I can actually use that amazing piece of hardware without being bankrupted on label costs!

They print well, cut well and adhere well. I use a small butane torch to shrink them around the cabling and they work great! The ink doesn't run and the value compared to OEM is great!
