Q: Is extreme hold ok to use on scalp and bond with no shine or ultra tape on Lace or poly base?

Extreme hold is the newest max hold adhesive from Walker Tape Co. As far as performance, Both Ultra Hold & Extreme hold are maximum hold adhesive. Ultra Hold is an Acrylic base adhesive. The new Extreme hold is Silicone base. Either products have great hold power. They can be used on either poly cap or with tape onto a lace system. Never apply any clear adhesive directly to lace. You use clear adhesive to your skin and then follow with tape like Ultra Hold tape around the perimeter of your cap. Now you can land your cap onto your head and the tape will protect the adhesive from making a mess on your lace cap.

Q: Can I use this for gluing weave in?

If you are wearing a sew-in weave style using wefts, You will not be able to use any type of SOFT BOND adhesive because these adhesive continue to be sticky. They do not dry. If you are wearing tape-in extensions, yes you can apply to used tape and re-attach your hair extension.

Q: How is this different than ultra glue? Ok to use on lace?
