I love the foot rest. I have in the car passenger floor board.

I needed something comfortable to elevate my feet so I could maintain a proper chair height for my desk, and this footrest is perfect. I currently use it without the extra heightener but love that I can adjust up if needed.

Had knee surgery and working from home. Needed to elevate my surgery leg just a little to alleviate knee and back pain. What is really nice about this model is the curve. One can take advantage of both sides and top to adjust leg position. It really stinks that they made it easier for me to work from home and sit at my desk for longer periods. It is nice that it comes in two parts. I did not need the rectangular part (made it too high), so gave it to my spouse. It works perfectly for her and the square part is not too stiff, nor too soft that it sinks to the wood floor. I make use of all three sides. Not only has this helped my knee, my lower back was all out of wack due to the bent leg at the knee. This alone shortened my sitting time. As my lower back has adjusted to the new leg length and posture, I am able to move my leg across the foot rest to alleviate lower back stiffness. Years ago I made a foot rest at work out of styrofoam style plastic packing. I will probably order another one of these to replace it.

This is a supportive footrest, not hard, but not a whole lot of “give”; it is very comfortable. It’s adjustable, but I think if you need to take the top “teardrop” off the base repeatedly, it might end up ripping the velcros, as they seem to be pretty snug. Stays in position well, too.
