I really have no complaints
I really have no complaints. I am 1 of those ppl who gets side affects so I "low-dose" to make sure supplements agree w/me. Well I ran out of multi vitamins so I began to take the recommended dose of Sea Moss. I immediately noticed a clean (not jittery) energy.Within days I noticed my skin toning causing a slimming affect. I completed the bottle and reduced dosage (slightly) once the Sea Moss was in my system & I was back on the Multivitamins.

I don't think I have taken it long enough. It's suppose to help with inflammation and all. I still have that in my legs and ankles. I'm going to finish the bottle and then we'll see.

Noticeable difference day 1
I already have more energy and less hunger after 12 hours. I also went to the bathroom easier a couple times today but not too crazy like cleansing. No pain either.
