I was prepared for disappointment as most things don’t live up to the hype. But I wasn’t disappointed. The shungite bracelet is lovely, the pyramid and water cleansers are exactly as illustrated and there is a certificate of authentication enclosed with details of how to prove to yourself that it is genuine shungite which is always in the back of your mind that it isn’t.

I recently purchased the Heka Naturals Polished Shungite Pyramid (2 Inch), Stretchy Bracelet & Tumbled Stones set, and overall, I'm very pleased with the experience. The set arrived looking beautiful, with the bracelet and tumbled stones in perfect condition and nicely presented. However, the pyramid arrived broken, which was disappointing. I reached out to their customer support, and I was impressed by how quickly they responded. They promptly shipped a replacement pyramid, which arrived in perfect condition. The quality of the items is great, and the customer service was top-notch. Overall, despite the initial issue with the broken pyramid, the swift and hassle-free replacement process made this a 10/10 solid experience.
