Disappointed.. that first 3 weeks it did keep the water hot as per instruction.. But after that just after 2..3 hours water got cold.. Not happy Amazon customer service says the return Window has been closed can't do anything.. Basically in otherwise F-off can't do anything.. In my opinion shouldn't buy anything from Amazon especially goods like these as you can't do anything. If it was bought from a shop you can bring it back and you would be looked after. I had issues with 3 items within a month What a disgrace.

Not keeping the water hot
We have purchased the item during Dec 2024 and by February 2025(2 months) time the flask became inefficient and didn't keeping water hot for a couple of hours. Think before you buy.

Bought 3 of them
I bought 3 bottles. First time when I bought it was my first love, everything works as described till now ( 1st bought 3 years ago), especially the remains hot for long hours. Then I bought 2 other pieces for mum and dad, one that I bought for mum doesn’t keep the hot at all, I guess it was damaged or dysfunctional as a thermo bottle. That’s very sad the producer doesn’t test them before selling.

The inner seal in the lid had fallen out which means the bottle seal is impacted, disappointed as I purchase this due to the brand name, unfortunately that doesn’t mean it’s constructed well.

It was below my expectation and previous review, it doesn't keep hot as it was mentioned in the product specifications..poor performance and not as a brand...

It has been 4 years, I am fan of this bottle Once it even fell while driving two wheeler in a speed, but still it too fine , and cap of bottle is just little bend by felling in high speed, it's highly durable and trustable I recommend this product, buy a good product that really last for so long Water stays in same temperature that we pour into this bottle for long hrs 12 hrs I really enjoy taking sip of hot water in winter And sip of cold water in hot summer
