I'm a huge water drinker and can easily distinguish water that is not so good quality. I used to use a pitcher filter but you need to constantly fill it up and change filters often in order to have a great tasting water. It’s a headache! This filtration system is a win!It has an easy-to-follow step-by-step installation instruction. Set up was easy and quick. You have to follow all the steps in order to get great and clear water.I am very happy with the purchase; it filtrates well and quick. The tank fills up quickly so you never have to worry about running low. The taste is great, incomparable to other filters I have used so far. Highly recommend!

My husband and I LOVE this filtration system. I was previously a glutton for Evian and I cannot tell the difference. Installed about 6 months ago with no issues. As others have mentioned, you’ll likely have to unplug your garbage disposal for the UV filter. We removed our sink sprayer to install the faucet. Speed is good, quality is excellent, taste is heavenly. Please read the set up instructions and be prepared for some leaking during pressure testing but afterwards, bliss.

I know multiple people who have spent ~ $2,000 to install a similar spigot in their kitchen. This filtration system is fantastic for the money. Took less than 2hrs to put together and install. The instructions are unclear at some points but you can figure it out. It's not really step-by-step, and does not include the steps on how to run tubing from one stage to the next for some of the parts - you basically have a picture to go off of, and you just have to figure it out.

I'll start off with what I like. I like how its pretty easy to instal. it gives you clear pictures on how to set up the water system and what needs to go where.What I wasnt happy about is going to four different stores to find a fitting for the water system to diverge water to the actual system. This was a pain in the butt. Also, if you didnt set it up perfectly then water WILL spray everywhere. it took me a few times to get it just right so what wouldnt spray out of some random line.My wife also doesnt care for the taste, but I believe that's from the tank being at luke warm temp. I wish somehow they would have made it so it could be cold, but I cant complain at all once you put ice in the water.

After reading the online discription of the products and comparing the units to the competitors, I decided to go with Express Water. The unit is a little more pricy, but the customer service more than makes up for that. While installing I had to call three times. The first two calls were to clarify my misunderstanding. The call was answered within a couple of rings by a real live human being. No annoying phone trees. Both times the technician was able to quickly make me understand.But the real thing came when I called that third time. I had dropped the crystal tube for the UV component. It shattered. When I called to explain that I would need a replacement, the tech found my account quickly and said the replacement would ship tomorrow. I asked how I should pay for it, and she told me that there would be no charge.Who does that? I've never done business with a more helpful and accommodating company. I need to add one more thing. Whoever it was that engineered the packaging should get some kind of award. The box would need to be run over with a truck before anything would be damaged.I would give Express Water six trars if I could.
