Leaked in the packaging and pump defective

Lotion itself is good. Nice product.Problem is how they shipped.It leaked all inside the packaging wrap and pump was defective.Also, lotion is supposed to be stored below 30 degrees Celsius, however when I received it, it was so warm. I'm sure it was stored way above 30degrees c.
