I did not realize that this product was a return. Despite our frustration with the poor condition of the packaging—both outside and inside, which led to my wife cutting her finger—we chose to keep it after a careful inspection revealed no signs of prior use. The processor itself works well and gets the job done.

It doesn't work. Cannot return it since we didn't check it on time. Very disappointed

I’ve been really happy with this Bosch food processor. It’s compact enough to keep on the counter without taking up too much space, but still powerful enough for everyday kitchen tasks like chopping, slicing, and grating. The blender attachment is a great bonus. I use it regularly for smoothies and sauces, and it works really well without needing a separate blender. Everything is easy to assemble and clean, which makes it convenient to use often. Overall, it feels well made and reliable, just what you’d expect from Bosch. A great all-in-one option if you want versatility without a bulky appliance.

Bought it to replace my Kenwood processor. This is more expensive. I used Kenwood cos of the glass mixer and grinder. Was reluctant to buy plastic but had to return the Kenwood FP I ordered as it was awful, smoking and mismatched badly fitted peices. This one seems promising so far. Sensible design wuth color coded base for the mixer and grinder which was a huge issue with Kenwood. Hope this holds up to daily use and also that they consider launching a glass or steel version for healthier processing.
