Works perfectly with the new gate.

The actual bolt is excellent in every way. Robustly built and solid. however, beware of using the supplied black screws which were near enough unusable and soft metal. despite pre drilling holes in the wood and using new and correct screwdriver bits, made no difference. The screw heads were easily chewed up and the screws were basically useless. Even on a controlled slow speed drill with constant pressure to avoid slipping of the screw bit, the srew heads failed. Screwing by hand did not improve things. This is no reflection on the seller as goods arrived quickly and well packaged. Use your own quality screws and assemble in 5 minutes instead of an hour of pulling your hair out.

Very pleased with these locks.. I bought 2 for my gate at the back of my property and I must say they're extremely efficient.. best bolt locks I've ever purchased to date and they don't weather the same as other metals do due to the galvanised coating.. not a problem to install either n definitely worth every penny.. would recommend a hundred times over!

Solid piece of kit that does the job. (Think the gate would cave in before this fails)

The lock itself is very good. Don’t use the screws that it comes with tho. They rusted after 1 day!
