Q: One of the 4 straps got lost during a ride, can you send a replacement strap?

That happened to me as well. The straps don't grip very well.

Brilliant system and I’m so glad I had it for camping trip to NC500. I have a 30L and 2x20L and it was a godsend. You won’t be disappointed.
