Great option for keeping your guns out of unauthorized use from kids people whoever the finger print is very responsive I have no complaints ithis is the 4th tiger king safe I have bought they are by far to superior to the other safes on amazon I tried amazon basics safe sentry safe and Honeywell before I tried tiger king after getting my first tiger king I returned the other brands on top of great quality safes tiger Kong is a great company to work with they are quick and responsive to any questions and returns and exchanges the first tiger king safe I ordered fedex damaged the package it had a dent in it a small dent not really a big deal but I sent a picture of the dent to tiger king and within 2 weeks they sent me a brand new safe no dent and I got to keep the dented one tiger king is the way to go for any safe options if you ask me. I would recommend tiger king to all friends and family and anybody reading this review if you are on the fence don’t be I promise you will be satisfied I know it’s always a risk buying from third party sellers on amazon especially ones over seas but I can guarantee they are a great company to business with. I don’t see my self buying another safe from any other company besides tiger king!

This is a wonderful safe that I absolutely enjoy. The fingerprint touch is extremely easy to use and what I enjoy the most about it is that it takes less than a second to open the safe with a touch. I also like that it has pre-drilled holes in the bottom so that you can anchor the safe and have some peace of mind that nobody will just walk away with it. It's fairly light-weight and I also like that it has a key pad code along with a master key just in case if the fingerprint does not work in the future (so that you have more than one option of opening the safe) but for clarification, the fingerprint entry works like a charm (I can open the safe with a touch of the finger in less than a second). I also like the light that illuminates inside when it is open.*The thing that I love the most about it is that if I need to open it up to grab my pistol 🔫 (I hope I never have to) then I can get to it in less than a second (That's a huge positive).*6/5/21 - Edited with photos of instructions above. Overall good safe. Love the fingerprint feature. 1st time setting up was not successful. It set off an external alarm on the safe and the instructions did mention anything about it. Including how to shut it off. But after entering the code it turned it off. Only issue so far. Other than that it works great. Happy with putchase.

This safe is no joke and I freakin love it, had it over a year now and it’s tough as nails, the best quality nightstand safe I’ve ever seen, I bolted it to a solid night stand that is also bolted to the floor and it has very thick steel, amazing quality, holds 4 1911’s and $10,000 cash and 18 100 gram silver bars and that I know for a fact

So far so good. Purchased the bigger one as well. Looking forward to receiving that too. Fingerprint is responsive. It allows 5 finger prints to be stored. I used 4 different fingers. And saved one finger twice for better response from a different angle. The battery compartment is 4 1.5v AAA batteries. It's connected with a pos and neg wire only if you decide to run a different power source.

All safes have the batteries port attached to the door this one is on the top and comes out hanging of the wire so if you pull out too hard or not careful enough the wires will break and there goes the biometrics and code access

Ordered this to keep things locked up around my kids. For this it is perfect anchored it down and it's sturdy enough. Doubt it would stand up to a dedicated attack but for day to day it's great. The alarm is loud so be careful not to enter the wrong code a few times but that's a good thing. For 100 bucks well worth it buy one

I use this for a handgun safe and open it about 1-2x/ day with the key. After a year and a half, the lock came apart. It sounds like something is grinding and spinning inside, but it doesn’t open. We have to cut the safe open to extract the contents.
