This cheese is great! Arrived quickly, fresh and intact without overkill shipping packaging.This product is sold for $35.99 / lb in my local specilaty cheese shop, and a lot of times they are out of it. I ordered a whole wheel for the holidays for entertaining and to bring to parties as hostess gifts. Great by itself, great on pasta. A star on a cheese board.
