I recently purchased for my commercial building, and I am delighted with its performance. This UL certified product, which comes in a convenient 2-pack, proved to be a reliable solution for ensuring the safety and compliance of my space.First and foremost, the double-faced design of the exit sign is a standout feature. These signs are FANTASTIC pieces to add my own little flair.I did not purchase these with the intent of installing them with full electrical, however, I did purchase them to make them awesome... And that I did!I received my signs and took them out of the box immediately. I noticed all of the electrical components were placed nicely INSIDE the sign itself along with the instructions to complete installing that portion. If I was smart enough, I would have tried it... BUT... I'm not an electrician and I'm pretty sure my husband would be super mad if I caused any damage to anything related to our electricity so I can't review that part.What I CAN review is that these were really easy to take apart.... I was able to remove the plastic color part of the sign and paint it to a color a client wanted for her kitchen. I was able to piece this back together without breaking anything! The inside of the sign has little slots and tabs for the plastic piece to fit into and even removing and putting back on a couple times, everything stayed in tact perfectly with no movement.After putting it back together, I was able to add my own flair by blinging it with some beautiful neon pink rhinestones - This makes the sign POP inside and adds a little fun to any establishment it's hanging in.I love that you can buy two together... which is budget friendly - BUT, do note, that instructions were only included in ONE of the signs.Will definitely buy again!HASHTAG MadeByOMGB

Easy to install

Love that I was able to get a full functioning exit sign with battery backup for this price. This was installed in my basement above the emergency exit. The basement is super dark and I’ve already been down there when the power went out and it would be a terrible thing f to not get to an exit if needed. This was easy to install and has a battery backup included.

I'm not sure what the sign material is made of; however, it appears to be some kind of styrene plastic -- which notoriously melts at a very low temperature. That is an ironic choice of materials for an exit sign that supposed to work during a fire. The sign is very lightweight which made it easy to install. The previous sign was damaged when something was carried down the hallway. This sign seems likely to be easily damaged with the slightest of bumps.
