Da assumere insieme a dell’acqua, in quanto il prodotto è di notevole densità. Ottimo il gusto, personalmente ottima anche la digeribilità. Testato anche in gara (skyrace 22km) non ha dato problemi e la caffeina aiuta a mantenere alta la concentrazione durante lo sforzo.

Gu was the second brand of gel I've tried. I found gu worked well for me. It doesn't feel heavy in the stomach and doesn't give me gut problems. I've tried 4 flavours and Like them all. Root beer was my go to no caffeine gel, but can't seem to find it this year. Caramel macchiato is just awesome gives you that extra boost. Chocolate outrage is just an odd way of saying it tastes like chocolate icing. Espresso LOVE is for coffee lovers. It tastes great.

It's hard to find a mint GU or gel. These are awesome so tasty. Always try to give these for Christmas
