I bought the "mighty" mug and just few months later (under the warranty period) the base (the so called "mighty grip") came off making it unusable. When requested a resolution for repair or replacement the manufacturer asked to pay not only for the shipping but also the return, which would cost significantly more than the price paid for the product. Definitively not only very bad product quality but also a terrible warranty policy apparently designed to avoid responsibility.You will be better off buying a regular and cheaper mug at Walmart or at the dollar store.

At first I was just looked for a SS mug and didn't realize the special base to prevent spills. It is a combo of rubber ring on top of plastic and gaps. It works quite well to prevent spills, you can bump it with your hand in any direction and it slightly wiggles but stays firm.My wife was trying to pick it up to move it and thought something was on the counter, like food or juice, and it was stuck. I showed her to lift it straight up, rather than at an angle.I don't think it insulates as well as some other SS tumblers, but it is still pretty good and the bump resistance can be handy. Cool idea, and it works.

I hadn't heard of this product until I saw it on Amazon. It really works! I have little kids who constantly knock over my coffee. I haven't had a single spill since I switched to the might mug.I would have given it 5 stars, but sow times the lid leaks a bit. It doesn't always seal on my first try twisting it on. I've never had that problem with other mugs. And it doesn't keep my coffee as hot as my Starbucks mugs. But as far as no more cups of coffee being dumped in my lap by my kids, it's awesome!

This thing is all kinds of rad. They're not kidding when they say you can't knock it over, and whereas it only took me a few minutes to figure out how they were doing this, I'm still impressed with the "magic trick" they're employing with this mug. I LOVE gadgets, and like to give really clever ones as presents to my parents on various occasions, so I chose this for Mother's Day. It was a hit, and my Mom loved it. So, kudos Mighty Mug, you made my Mom happy, as well as me :)

I have the tall size of this mug and love it based on it's inability to be knocked over. But decided that I wanted a smaller one that would fit under my Keurig. So I found this one. The first one I ordered didn't work right out of the box. The bottom would not suction to the counter like it is supposed to and would tip right over. So I sent it back and ordered a new one. I promptly tested the new one when I removed it from the packaging to make sure the suction worked and it did. So I didn't bother saving the packaging. I guess I should have, because after the first washing (by hand, as instructed) it no longer works. It tips right over. About the only thing good with this mug is that it keeps my coffee hot longer. Now I'm stuck with a $24 coffee mug that does nothing different than a standard coffee mug.
