Last picture says gloss but in description it states matte , just wanting confirmation that it is in deed matte before I purchase ?

What I have purchased a couple of times truly is matte and an excellent vinyl for cutting.

I’m confused. I thought the matte was 631 and glossy was 651. I’m I wrong.

631 is Remove all and 651 is permanent

Can you write on this vinyl with chalkboard markers

It depends more in the markers on if it will come off or not. I have a few that will and others that stuck like sharpie. It's more matte than glossy. You could probably use real chalk on it

Is this a inkjet/laserjet printable vinyl?

technically not printable. It will probably print...the ink won't stick if you try to rub it off though.
