The hitch works perfectly, easy to use and has a nice looks to it.It has rushed a little since I purchased it, mainly around the hole that your pin goes inside. Is didn't come with a pin, but I have a lock pin already. Over all its a great product,.Cons: it's slightly lose, you'll hear it knocking when driving around, sounds almost as if it's rattling, kinda annoying. But we will look for silicone ring to hold it in place.

It is excellent. The first week I bought it I used it twice with different balls, which was convenient. My only wish is if there was a way to drop it a couple inches, cause you’d likely have problems if you had a lifted truck.
