Q: When it starts running low do you twist it to get more out?

Yes you do. These are brilliant! I’ve used for years - tried others but always gone back to Rimmel. Last ages too.

Q: Does the chocolate brown pull warm or cool toned? I have very ashy hair and my skin can't take any warmth. Many thanks.

I have only used the black pencil. I didn't know that they did a brown one and will buy one next time. However, I would thoroughly recommend this pencil, especially for the price. I've tried others and consider this to be the best. It's easy to apply and you don't have to sharpen it. I'm 72 and have grey/blond hair. Hope this helps

Q: Is this any hood for tightline .?

Not sure what tight line is, but it's a good fine or if you press more it can do wider? If that makes sense. It's not good for the water line (inside eye, when pulled lowwr lid pulled down) hope that helps. Fine line, yet can add more if needed.

Q: How do you make a point when you’ve blunted it with use?

Its for your inner eyelid so you don't need a point
