Yes the stickers are peel and stick. Fold the bag down and put the sticker on the bag. The stickers came separate from the bags

What is the size of the stickers?

The stickers are a little bit bigger than a quarter, if I remember right. It's been a couple of years since I bought them. They are a good size and worked well though

can mini corn bread fit ?

Yes I believe the mini cornbread can fit. The bag is very roomy and open up wide.
