Unpacked these and found that the handles were dented, scratched and did not fit well.There was overspray of the stain on the blades and the edges of the wood were not stained where they met the blades. The color also did not match the picture - much closer to black than to red.The blades seem to be good weight stainless steel, but the rough edges were not polished after they were made. I am going to keep them for the usability of the blades, but overall workmanship is poor.
