My dentist had been nagging me to get one of these for a while. When I finally decided to buy one I realised there are so many models. I did some research and eventually decided to buy this one because it has good reviews and was a good price. Things that I like about this model:* It comes with a free carry case so you can keep everything together. The heads also have their own plastic case to keep them in.* There's a great range of different heads that you can fit - each unit can be used by two people because it comes with two of the basic heads. However, I decided to buy everyone one of their own.* It's very simple and easy to use.The first time I used this I didn't read the instructions properly and ended up with water everywhere! So then I read the instructions and realised a few very important things.1. Use warm water not cold, which I make by adding cold water to the reservoir and then just a little boiling water from the kettle. I make it body temperature. If the water is too cold then it will be uncomfortable.2. Position your head over the sink so you're facing downwards and allow the water to come out of your mouth into the sink as you're doing the flossing.3. You should work systematically along the gum line and then between the teeth.The unit is well made and snaps together easily. It's not too heavy even when the reservoir is full. The (rechargeable) battery life is pretty good. There's a quick release button which you press to change the head (don't attempt to pull the head out or you will snap it).The first time I used it I wasn't convinced it was for me. However, I remembered what the dentist said and persevered. After I'd used it a couple of more times I got used to it and now I use it daily. I would say that like anything new it does take getting used to, but the results if you persevere are good. My teeth feel a lot cleaner and my mouth fresher.The after-sales care from the vendor was good - they checked I was happy with their product. It was delivered quickly by Amazon and was well packaged when it arrived. When you consider the cost of dental care, this little device is a no-brainer. It improves the health of your gums and in middle age poor gum health is the biggest cause of tooth loss.I was so satisfied that I bought a unit for my son, my daughter, and my friend, and I will probably buy more of them for others. I would recommend this device and the seller. It's very inexpensive for the benefits you get and I'm satisfied that the dentist will be pleased with me when I see him in a few months.

I was really happy with this flosser initially. It worked great and did a good job. However, after less than four months of use, it completely died. All the lights started continually flickering, and the unit became unresponsive. I tried charging it several times, but it's totally dead now.This is incredibly disappointing, especially since I bought a similar flosser from a different brand three years ago that's still working perfectly. I only purchased this one for my wife because it was available in the color she wanted. It's frustrating to have spent the money on this one only for it to fail so quickly. I wouldn't recommend this product based on my experience.EDIT: I've upgraded my feedback to 4 stars. The supplier's customer service was excellent, responding quickly and proactively when my flosser developed a fault (it worked perfectly initially). Assuming newer units have this issue resolved, I'm happy to combine my feedback for both the product and the service at 4 stars overall.

I had the first version of this H2O water flosser. It died after 9 months. H2O customer service were very good and sent me a replacement which was a version2 of the flosser. This new version looked much better, was lovely to look at and to use. Sadly the big issue with these water flossers is they use cheap Chinese batteries. So, after 6 months use of the new flosser, last night it stopped working. This is very sad for me as I loved the new design. As the warranty is expired I won’t get a replacement, but I think I have had enough of rechargeable battery flossers as this is my 6th Amazon purchased model from various manufacturers and brands. They all died the same way around a year of use with careful cleaning and care.

This is an excellent product and has a pulsating feature which really shoots it out any debris. All the attachments are contained in their own case and everything fits in a firm zipped case unlike others which only have a string bag. I recently had a problem with the water not going through to the nozzle so contacted the seller. They have been super quick to respond and advised what to try. The solution worked perfectly so if you find this happening just try pouring water in where the nozzle goes and switch on. It to me few goes but it finally worked. 5 stars for customer service. I firmly recommend this programme especially at the price.
