It smells awesome, the value is right, but it makes my hair like straw. I didn't like the way it made my hair feel at all. The shipping was super fast and everything about the purchase was great, it's just not right for my hair I guess. I have course wavy hair that likes to frizz

These are great for fine and oily hair. I've looked for YEARS for a product that doesn't leave build-up or make my hair greasy, yet doesn't strip it of moisture and contribute to breakage or make it dried out. This bamboo shampoo and the coordinating conditioner are a perfect balance -- clean well yet keep hair sufficiently strong and moisturized.

Great smell, leaves hair shiny and soft. Doesn't leave buildup and washes out nicely. Only drawback are the ingredients. If you read them carefully they aren't as natural as they brag about on the front of the label. Because we are trying to go more natural, we ended up donating these to local shelter, but it's a great deal for the price if that doesn't matter to you as much.

Made scalp very irritated, sensitive and dry. We tried to use it carefully since purchase (even that is advertised as moisturising). I complained to the seller because there are health conditions that develop after 30 days (purchase return frame time). They took absolutely no responsibility. Also I bought soap from this company and same, I would not recommend.

Pros: Very nice smell, not overwhelming at all. I have damaged hair from bleaching so I started using this to hopefully help it start recovering and there's been a very noticeable difference in my hair texture. Much silkier and stronger, not losing as much. Also, it doesn't leech my current hair color out of my hair. I have it red and purple right now and it doesn't pull the color out.Cons: Can't always find it in stores. Target carries SoapBox products but they're often sold out. Purchased the 3 pack because of this. Works out for the best because it ended up being cheaper to get the 3 pack and I know Amazon will carry what I need and have it in stock. So, it's not so much a "con" as a observation.Final thoughts: Good price for excellent products.
