It has a small option of food Not for arab as it’s not something we’re familiar with and as it’s new I wish that it had pictures to know how the dish should look like it is totally disappointing book

1 star due to being sent a clearly used book. Been looking forward to the arrival of this cookbook to support me in my upcoming journey. This book arrived damaged. Hole in the front cover, covered in what looks like oil or similar and the back cover has been pulled away from the binding. I paid for a new book and expect it to be in perfect condition. 5 star for contents.

The book comes with lots in it. Got it as a present for someone who was getting a sleeve. They loved it but do think they are still being a bit lazy and need to properly try out the recipes!

This book was suggested to me by bariatric Dr and is absolutely amazing. The recipes are easy to follow, it has a guide to help with how much a serving is at each stage and at what stage you can eat it after surgery. It even has an 8 week meal plan included.

This is great to have before surgery because it has a lot of info that helps you prepare. I loved this book the first few months after surgery and will always use recipe's from it.
