Lights: We thought only 2 lights worked, however we have found that if you keep pulling the chain all lights will come on. Maybe it’s for conserving electricity or maybe you don’t need all the lights working at one time.

I had one in the house I sold and wanted one in my new house. This is a beautiful fan. Had no problems putting it up and there was not even a need to level it although they give you magnets to do it if needed. I would recommend anyone needing /wanting a nice tropical fan, this would be the one to purchase.

1st right after purchase, I hired an electrician to install. The remote did nit work. The seller gave me a small refund. NOW after 10 days past my return window one of the light fixtures stopped working. I tried 4 new bulbs and nothing. How upsetting is this!! I purchased two of these fans, but this one is defective for sure. Not a happy buyer at the moment.

I have looked for so long to find a perfect replacement for my old ceiling fan. I had this fan installed today and it is stunning. I love it. The electrician opened the box and said "Nice". So so happy I purchased this!

After installation three of the five lights did not work so a replacement was ordered installed and again two of the five lights did not work. I decided not to deal with this fan any longer. I ordered a different fan this time keeping my fingers crossed when it arrives next week.

No noice and beautiful

Edited to add: I contacted the company directly and asked for refund and shipping label to return product. I included pictures of the detailed description. They have since changed the detailed description & refunded my purchase price. They also allowed me to keep the fan, which was not necessary.I’ve added a star for the excellent & speedy customer service.This was advertised hand carved wood blades. They are definitely plastic. I chose this one, over another similar but less expensive because the blades were advertised as wooden.

Product was heavily damaged upon arrival.
