These are 1 per bike. Bike stands vertical with the front wheel hooked

Will your products work with standard store slatwall?

Not really. Standard store slatwall is 3" on center, the Proslat system is 5" on center. These in particular won't work well because the bottom retaining clip won't line up with the slot in standard slatwall. In addition, the Proslat hooks have an angled bend in the top that makes them hold very securely, but likely won't work with standard slatwall.

Do you recommend using one hook for each wheel for more security? Or is just one for the front wheel enough?

Can this be drilled into a concrete wall?

Maybe, but I would not recommend it. It's designed to be mounted on slatwall, so it would not lay flat, plus drilling into concrete is a dice toss as to whether or not there will be chipping or breakage in the concrete. There are other products designed to be mounted to flat walls.
