CLASSE Series- Shikifuton, Japanese Futon Mattress, Twin (39x79in), Made in Japan

Great mattress. Compared to a full, normal mattress, it's pretty thin. But it's still a decent thickness compared to what I was expecting; plus it's easily foldable and can be packed away. I find it comfortable enough on top of a tatami mat, but I'm looking for a pretty firm base to sleep on. Most importantly, it's a good quality product. Customer service is excellent! My initial package was stolen and the Emoor team was very proactive about arranging a free replacement. I really appreciated their generosity, politeness, and responsiveness.

(I know my bedroom is messy) I have slept on the floor practically my whole life. So I am not new to it. Previously used to sleep on a sponge, then tried memory foam but I find both make me sweat. This shikifuton is cool, easy to hang out to air and fluff. It has not lost its cushion. However I am sleeping on a carpeted floor with thick underpadding. So it helps. And because I sleep on the floor, I always had carpet in my bedrooms. I don’t know what it’s like on hardwood. I love my shikifuton. I recommend it to friends and family. It beats buying an expensive mattress and bed frame, not to mention the space a bed takes up, and how heavy it is to transport. I just roll up my shikifuton futon and put it in a laundry hamper to put out of the way. I have a whole couch set in my bedroom and I just move the coffee table and roll out my shikifuton to sleep. It’s great to align your back. I wake up refreshed as opposed to before when I used a mattress. I bought the large twin size 2 yrs ago for about $350. I would 100% buy it again.

Même dans mes rêves, je n'aurai pas imaginé un aussi bon matelas, pratique en plus d'être à un prix correct. J'utilise le futon standart d'Emoor toutes les nuits depuis 9 mois et mon corps me dit merci tous les matins. :) Dès que je peux, je rachète le même. J'ai associé le futon à une alèse et une housse de couette, le matelas est encore comme neuf. Cela en dormant sur une surface en bois sur laquelle j'ai rajouté deux tapis de yogas en liège. J'aère encore le matelas une fois par semaine mais été comme hiver, jamais une trace d'humidité... La qualité du tissage est vraiment incroyable, tout reste bien en place malgré que tu puisse plier le futon en tangram. Tout cela pour 3,5 kgs, c'est incroyable. Quand à la qualité du sommeil, appréciation plus personnelle, perso je pèse 70 kgs et j'imaginais pas un tel confort. On sent un peu le fait d'être au sol mais c'est tellement léger que ça en est agréable. Tout est un régal et le bien fait à la structure dorsale est réelle. Dès la première nuit et réveil, j'étais conquis. Venant de matelas européen, la différence est assez indescriptible tellement le futon est meilleur SI l'on a la pièce adaptée. Dans une mézzanine, c'est imbattable comme produit. Dans une pièce au sol médiocre, ça doit le faire beaucoup moins par contre. Puis niveau service, Emoor a été parfait. Expédition rapide et bonne qualité d'emballage.

Perfect product. I use it to sleep on the floor. You can wash the cover in the washing machine. The cover is very soft and pleasant for touching. I use it as a futon. It can be rolled in the morning and put in a corner.
