A really clear insight into basic neurochemistry
A very clear explanation of how our basic neurochemistry affects our happiness and the way we live our lives. Lots of 'So that's why...' moments. As a therapist, I find this extremely helpful when working with those who are deeply entrenched in negativity and feeling helpless. I would highly recommend it. It isn't an easy fix but its logical approach is refreshing and practical.

Simple language, well researched content
I liked this book! In particular the simple and clear language it was written in. I'm actively trying to incorporate some of the recommendations - I keep thinking 10 minutes a day is doable!

Amazing book. Definitely recommended
Brilliant book, easy to read and to understand. Like many others, I've had some issues with mental health and far too many lows. This book really helped me understand what is going on in my brain when those moods hit and gave me simple methods to help counteract them. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to know more about our brain chemistry.
