BiofreezePain Relieving Roll On,85g

The product I received was a different version / formula to that shown in the Amazon ad. The ingredients were NOT the same as stated in the ad. The product I received DOES contain Parabens, Propylene Glycol and artificial colourants / dyes - despite the Amazon ad claiming it doesn't. The one I received also has different packaging to that shown. Amazon should be really careful not to allow this sort of thing to happen because some people might have allergies to certain ingredients and having read in the ad it is safe for them, might not think to check on the packaging. To some people, allergies can be life threatening Amazon! I am not sure if legally it's the sellers responsibility or Amazon's responsibility to check products sent out match that advertised but it's false advertising and potentially dangerous. Amazon did agree to a full refund - but I strongly feel that for anything that goes in your body or on your skin, someone somewhere should be ensuring correct product info.

I had been using a roll on of this product for awhile and it was coming to an end, so, ordered another - it is labelled in a similar way except they now have omitted the word 'cryotherapy' The same manufacturer, slightly different label and text/and small logo is different. The actualproduct is not the same:it doesn't take away the pain immediately as the original did - it is also not as cold, infact feels quite warm so doesn't warrant 'freeze' in the name. Very disappointing: we all know what it's like when manufacturers suddenly alter formulas and you can't get back the much loved product you've been using for, sometimes years. I have ordered another item:same name with the word 'cryotherapy' in description, in the hope it will be the original .. Why oh why ''fix'' it if it isn't 'broken'? cost is the only explanation I can think of. Meanwhile I shall be trying Polar Frost which gets excellent reviews

Handy for travelling and means you avoid the burn on your hands of the normal biofreeze but nowhere near as effective so wouldn’t buy again. In my opinion your better to stick with the normal brilliant biofreeze

This is not the first time I have bought biofreez I think its brill. Its easy to apply no messy stuff on your hands and can be put on awkward places easily. It was recommended to me some years ago and does help to relieve pain in my knee.

This really does work. Use this for lower back pain and it takes the pain down a notch. Is not a miracle worker but it helps me. Would recommend
