Pale color gel.
Mine has a pale color. Smelled weird. I dont know if its fake or real because amazon.sa has lost its credibility in the original department. I might give it a try but I'm skeptical.

Great face wash
It’s very gently on your face and that’s important to me. I have skin that is very reactive and breaks out often, but this face wash is keeping my break outs down. I use it twice daily and it never makes my skin feel dry.

Like Rubbing Canola Oil on your Face
First, VERY poor packaging- it is a liquid, yet put it in a tub. I was so surprised when twisting off the lid/hands got so slippery I ended up dropping it and wasting half of it.Decided to try it regardless of the packaging, but HIGHLY regret this- I felt like I was putting canola oil on my face. I waited 10-15 mins for it to “set”, but nothing changed- still saturated in oil. I ended up immediately scrubbing it off with my exfoliating brush because my pores felt so clogged that I’d break out within 15 mins, and I don’t break out often tbh.The reason behind this? The actual formula itself was DEFINITELY not well thought out. When I spilled the jar, it was immediately apparent the ingredients separate from each other (like oil and water), as the orange tinted liquid was separated from the clear liquid. This means that they didn’t take the time to make sure everything is either oil or water soluble meaning they REALLY didn’t care. The “quartz crystals” are there if you look- they just are all settled at the very bottom of the container. And no where does it even mention you’ll have to shake the tub a LOT before opening, and then open with EXTREME care.Honestly, the “mask” (as I am not sure if it was supposed to be a serum or something and maybe somehow was filled completely wrong??) was so awful that I am not going to “get my 2 free products by filling out a survey” because I wouldn’t trust those products either. All in all, a huge disappointment, waste of over an hour of my life, and my legs are STILL coated in the nasty stuff (spilled it all over myself when opening), as it is clearly just oil and I’ll have to wait until later to scrub the rest of it off with soap in the shower. (It’s just like a oily, clear, shiny substance on my legs that does NOT feel beneficial in any way).I am taking the time to write this review because I don’t want anyone else to waste their time, money, and be as let down as I was. I’ve been trying to find a good exfoliating mask for so long, and this by far has been the worst experience I’ve had. I’m still very nervous I’m going to break out from this disaster and really don’t want anyone else to have to waste their time if they don’t have to.

Update! Customer Service reached out. Watery
Update - Sept 14. I originally gave a 1 star rating and a review that the product i got was liquidy and unusable. And despite that i bought the product nearly a year ago and didn't write the review at the time, a representative reached out to me the next day apologized for the unusable product and offered to give me a refund. So while I can't review the actual product but the effort to rectify the issue with a refund is deserving of an updated review.I have actually used 2 of Insta-natural's product (the cleanser & scrub) and really like it so while the face mask was a bust, will definitely give it another try.Aug 7th - i know this is nearly a year late, but this product was liquidy. unusable.

Not sure if it’s still good
When I opened the jar the product was very separated & super oily. I mixed it as best I could with my fingers & went ahead & applied it. I’m assuming this is normal? I hope it doesn’t turn my skin beet red or cause any issues. It’s got a pleasant smell & has tiny granules for exfoliation. I can update after I use a few times. I may message the seller to ask if look of product is normal
