Is this oil supposed to have a bitter aftertaste?

Taste is a very subjective thing so what you may consider bitter may not be something that I consider bitter. With that said, I have never had anything I could call bitter in this oil. In fact, it is probably the best olive oil I've ever had (including the olive oil that was served to me at various restaurants in Italy). It's good stuff.

Is this a plastic bottle?

Our 500ml, 750ml and 1 Liter items are all packaged in glass bottles. We do offer one item in a 1.4 Liter PBA free plastic bottle.

What is the difference between this 'cooking & baking' oil and the 'regular' cor abequina reserve [asid b002kjxoh0]?

I’m not so sure about the cooking olive oil but the Abequina is excellent right off of a spoon! I use a cheaper brand for cooking and frying. The reserve brand I pour on noodles, toast salads, etc…

Is this oil bottled in glass or plastic?

That size is usually glass but I have seen it in the grocery store in plastic bottles.
