Q: How do you store it? I put it in the refrigerator sideways(stupidly) and now it like separated and some settled at the bottom, how do I fix that?

I had a similar problem. Without shaking or moving the bottle, I opened the cap a tiny bit over the sink to let out some of the gas. I continued to lessen the cap very little and gradually and caught the liquid in a glass. I continued until I could open the bottle completely. Then I started shaking the bottle gently and sidewise until the yoghurt was dissolved. I am not sure if your case is exactly the same as mine, but it may give you an idea of how to fix your problem.
