Do as I did, buy two of the 32oz bottles and save $2.01.

Q: Is the multisurface cleaner a disinfectant also?

There is nothing that says it is. It's a cleaner but not like lysol where it kills germs.

Q: Do they sell replacement plastic containers if I want to switch between the hard wood floor solution and the multi surface solution

Good question - I would think you could purchase a replacement/new unit so that you could keep a spare for other the other solution.
