Product seems fine and all, but i did not recieve any screws that are for the actual ceiling attaching part. so now i am unsure what type would be right to use since i dont wish to use the wrong type and have the projector randomly fall at some point

It’s perfect for large projector. Would be good idea once installed to drill a self tapping screw or bold across so the connection is solid

This is as good as more expensive projector mounts. It comes with basic instructions and some clearly labelled fittings, screws etc. I've had no problems. Seems a solid and strong construction.
