Ya llevo dos envase de este producto que compro; Muy buen producto para activar el cuerpo para los que en la mañana van a gimnasio, el efecto empieza despues de tomarse a los 30 minutos comienza a surtir efecto empezando con un pequeño cosquillero en los pies y despues activando el cuerpo a 100%, a la vez te da fuerza con la pequeña cantidad de creatina que contiene.En lo personal lo recomiendo, eso si tener cuidado cuando lo va a tomar por primera vez como cualquier producto PRE-WORK, si no estas acostumbrado tomar ¼ de la dosis recomendaba ya que acelera el cuerpo como lo mencione anteriormente a 100% por la cafeina en el producto.

This stuff doesn’t work great. Also, they took it out of the nice canister and put it in a bag. The scoop is too short, powder gets all over your hands, and the bag doesn’t seal properly.

I got the blue raspberry & the flavor is on point. I often get headaches from preworkouts but so far this one hasn’t affected me negatively. I do wish I felt more of the beta alanine tingles as I do like that feeling but other than that this seems to be a decent product especially for the price .
