My husband installed this fairly easily. It really changes the look of the room. We are extremely pleased with this item.

Prominence Home Service Team Did a wonderful job with a warranty claim. Good to see that limited warranty still means a supplier will stand behind their product.

Not hard to install..pretty standard and love the look of it!

The blades were a little ruffed up. Could use the light colored side. Didn't notice till we had the unit up in the ceiling or I would have sent back. Didnt come with the remote. Not to happy.

Looks great and easy to install but a day later and it still emits a very strong strange smell?! It smells as if you were in a mechanic garage, like oil and grease. Very strange. I’m hoping it goes away ASAP but upon reading other reviews, 2 weeks later it still emits a strong odor. Not happy about that!

The fan looks great, seems to operate fine, but I specifically ordered it because it listed remote control in the product details. There is none. It’s not listed in the instruction/owner’s manual. It was apparently never intended to be remotely controlled. And I only discovered this after my electricians left after installation.

If you have tall ceilings like this (mine are 18’) you can make this fan work. The Fanimation DR1SS-72DCPW 72" Stainless Steel DOWNROD (1 INCH) is the cheapest I found that is compatible with it, but be prepared to splice the wire bc wire is not long enough for it with this fan, and you’ll need to open up those bottom holes on the downrod bc they don’t line up perfectly, but with a little minor modification it works!PS… get the cheapest downrod and just spray paint it! 😉Fan is absolutely beautiful!!!

Great addition to our space! The light grey in the picture is actually quite a bit darker in person. But all in all great product, very satisfied

This is a awesome quality fan and runs extremely quietly. Just love this fan the style is perfect.
