IMAGE Skincare Prevention + Daily Hydrating Moisturizer SPF 30+, Citrus, 3.2 Ounce

I purchased this for my daughter. This is her favorite skin care line as it is not heavy or greasy; it does not make her skin oily nor does it cause any breakouts/pimples. She is in her early 30's and has flawless skin. She does not look anywhere near her age - she is guessed to be 10 years younger. This product is soft, silky, does not cause burning, redness or irritation. It also does not have that frangrance or perfume smell to it. So it would be great for those who are sensitive to over powering or perfume type smells in their skin care products. It is a great size and being in a tube makes it easy for travel. And finally - the added bonus is that it has built in SPF so that is one less product one has to apply

This is hands down the best facial sunscreen and moisturizer I have ever used. I use it daily for sun protection, but have also used it as sunscreen for days at the lake or in the yard. It is long lasting and rubs in very well. No whitish cast, unless you really put a bunch of it on. Also, very gentle on skin. It doesn’t cause breakouts, and I do not notice that I have it on. Sounds dramatic, but it has changed my life.

This product arrived when expected. It's a good performer as a moisturizer and as a sunscreen. It is a little thick and shiny when applied, but seems to absorb well if you give it some time. I have sensitive skin and I'm a blonde, and this product doesn't aggravate and doesn't let me burn.

By far our favorite face sunscreen. It has zinc in it so it also zaps pimples. Not many people know this but it's my teenage daughters secret for clear skin. The scent is great, it's not oily at all I actually love the weight and feel of this sunscreen. Our aestitician recommend this face sunscreen to us years ago and we've been in love ever since. Use it after you out your moisturizer on it lasts all day and doesn't leave a residue. You only need to use a small amount so it lasts a very long time!

Love this stuff! I started using Image products after the students at the local esthetics school recommended them. I have extremely sensitive skin and (flushing) rosacea and this works well with my skin. It isn't greasy & sometimes I blend it with makeup to allow the makeup to go on smoother. I like the smell and I don't find it overwhelming at all. Also, they have the little bunny on the label so it should be "animal friendly." I buy it all the time and have bought it for friends who don't use sunscreen like they should & they've liked it as well.

I've used the Prevention+ Daily Hydrating Moisturizer 30 SPF for over 5 years and LOVED IT. I recently ran out and purchased a replacement and it is like a completely different product. There are three major differences: 1) The moisturizer is now so thick and incredibly difficult to rub in, so it leaves white streaks across your face and an overall white tint on your face. 2) The smell is really strong now. I feel like I smell like a citronella candle. 3) It no longer leaves your skin feeling dewy and moisturized. It now leaves your skin feeling sticky and tacky. I used the chat function on IMAGE Skincare's website to speak with one of their skin care experts and she confirmed that the formula was changed in March 2020 and said, "The zinc percentage has increased which provides better SPF coverage. We have also added Digital Aging Defense to help fight against the effects of blue light and environmental skin stressors. We have also added our own essential oils blend which gives off a citrus scent. This change has allowed IMAGE Skincare to meet our commitment to keeping our products globally compliant." This all sound nice but the result is awful. I have no idea what being "globally compliant" means in the beauty industry, but this change is definitely a major disappointment to a longtime customer.

After years of battling acne, my normal to oily skin went dry. I hadn't changed any of my skin care product and assume this is just a premenopausal symptom / hormonal issue (I'm 44). My skin has also become very sensitive over the last two years. Most chemical sunscreens cause tiny whiteheads on my skin after a few days. Most physical sunscreens suck all of the moisture (natural and topical) out of my skin. After a few days of use my skin reddens with a white "frost" of peeling skin. This is the only sunscreen I've found so far that moisturizes and doesn't clog my pores. But it is SUPER DUPER MOISTURIZING. Think of it more as a facial cream with added spf not the other way around, and you'll be on the right track. It will probably go on "greasy" as others have noted. It takes about an hour for my skin to suck up the moisture and then my face looks normal. At one point I was using an additional moisturizer under this and it was too much. This is all the moisture I need for the day unless it is especially dry, cold, and windy (not often in Austin) If you have normal or oily skin this my not be the sunscreen for you, but it works great for my dry and sensitive skin. A little expensive, but worth it for me.

This is NOT comparable to the tinted daily moisturizer!!!!!!! The Tinted Daily is thin and goes on nicely, soaks in quickly. This is more like an actual SPF! It smells funny and is VERY THICK! SO, I use it for facial spf when I'm in the sun, but be aware- you would need to put this on like 15 minutes before putting on makeup as it is very thick.
